Mr. Laffitte has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in Puerto Rico.  He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from The University of Massachusetts. 

Prior to co-founding CL&C, Mr. Laffitte served as Executive Vice President at AON Risk Services, Inc. and as Senior Vice President and Partner/Director at Saldaña & Associates.

In addition to serving as the company’s managing partner, Mr. Laffitte oversees the claims, risk management, personal lines and parts of the commercial lines practice.  He has a vast experience in Large Commercial Risks including real estate entities, newspaper and fast food chains.

Mr. Laffitte serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Museo de Arte Contemporáneo and Hogar Cuna San Cristobal
