Mr. Olivencia has over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry in Puerto Rico.  He possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus and an MBA from the College of Insurance in New York.  Mr. Olivencia also holds the Certified Insurance Counselor Designation.

Mr. Olivencia is the head of the Commercial Lines Department at CL&C. Prior to joining CL&C he was Executive Vice President and partner at CF&O Insurance Broker, Inc.  He also served as Senior Underwriter at the Universal Insurance Company.

Mr. Olivencia has an expertise in Commercial and Governmental Risks.  He also has a vast experience in Liability Exposures, Risk Management and Loss Control.

Mr. Olivencia provides seminars to clients' personnel on insurance topics on a regular basis.
