Mr. Pérez-Burgos has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. Mr. Pérez-Burgos obtained B.S. from Southern New Hampshire University in Small Business Management and a Juris Doctor from Inter-American University Law School.  Mr. Pérez-Burgos was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar Association in January 2005.  He is a licensed adjuster and holds the insurance designation in Associate in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.

Mr. Pérez-Burgos is the head of  the Claims Department and the Risk Management and Loss Control Department at CL&C. His insurance experience ranges from Loss Control Inspector, Personal Lines Adjuster, and Legal Claims Examiner in various local insurance companies, to Professional Lines Claims Supervisor on the insurance brokerage side.  Mr. Pérez-Burgos joined CL&C from Marsh Saldaña, Inc. where he assisted in the design and supervision of the legal and professional claims processes for various high profile businesses in the financial, education, law, manufacturing distribution, medical and labor areas, among others.
