Mr. Soto has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.  He holds a Bachelor Degree from the Georgetown University, an MBA from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Certified Insurance Counselor Designation.

Mr. Soto is the head of the Construction and Bonds Department at CL&C. Prior to joining CL&C, he was Vice President of Marsh Saldaña, Inc. and a former partner of Saldaña & Associates, Inc.  

Currently, Mr. Soto is the Regional Vice President of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Homebuilder’s Association, a member of the Young Contractors Committee of the Association of General Contractors of America Puerto Rico Chapter (AGC) and a former member of the Board of Directors also of the AGC.

Mr. Soto is a specialist in Construction Bonding and insurance for contractors and developers.  He is considered a leader in the area of insurance in the construction industry in Puerto Rico.
